Terms of use

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the firmenjob.de directory, operated by MaViAl Sp. z o.o. (see imprint). Companies that book a listing are additionally subject to the individual contracts concluded with them.

2. Services

Firmenjob provides a free-to-use directory of companies. Company profiles are created and maintained exclusively by the operator. Registration of visitors or companies is not provided.

3. Content and liability

The information in company profiles is based on information from the companies. We check it with reasonable care but give no guarantee of completeness, accuracy or timeliness. Contracts for products, services or employment are concluded exclusively between you and the respective company. The operators of linked external websites are responsible for their content.

4. Labelling of paid content

Companies pay for their listing. Additionally booked highlighting is labelled “Featured”. The remaining order depends on the package and name.

5. Permitted use

In particular, large-scale automated extraction of the directory, sending advertising or spam via the inquiry forms, deception and circumvention of protective measures are not permitted.

6. Notices

Incorrect or illegal content can be reported via the notice form. We review notices promptly, carefully and objectively and inform you of our decision.

7. Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
