2. Visiting the website and server logs

When you visit the site, our hosting provider (SiteGround Spain S.L., data centre in the EU) processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser and operating system. The purpose is secure delivery of the website and defence against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are deleted after 30 days at the latest unless they are needed to investigate a security incident.

3. Inquiries via forms

If you send an inquiry via the form on a company page, we pass your name, email address, optionally phone and company, and your message to that company and keep a copy for quality assurance and abuse prevention. We handle inquiries sent via our contact form ourselves. Legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and (f) (abuse prevention). The receiving company is itself responsible for any further processing. We delete inquiries after 12 months.

4. Company profiles

Company profiles contain business data that the company has provided to us for publication or that is publicly available. Where they contain personal data (e.g. names of contact persons), processing is based on the contract with the company (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in a complete directory (f).

5. Content notices

For notices under the Digital Services Act we process the information in the notice form in order to review the notice and inform you of the decision (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR).

6. Cookies and statistics

Necessary storage (session, security token, your privacy choice) is based on Section 25(2) TDDDG. We only load Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) if you allow “Statistics” in the privacy settings (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not use third-party advertising or advertising networks. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Privacy settings” in the footer. Details under Cookies.

7. Sending emails

We send inquiries via the email server of our hosting provider in the EU.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and to withdraw consent with effect for the future. You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Warsaw) or the authority of your place of residence.

9. No automated decisions

We do not make automated individual decisions within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
